P. reptans is a tiny, efarinose, creeping species forming loose mats in mossy areas on rocks. Leaves are rounded and incised with lobes which can be recurved. Flowers are very large for the size of the plant and have a few hairs in the mouth of the tube. Can be confused in the wild with P. minutissima but is distinguished by the leaves and the lack of farina. Similar to P. triloba but with mulitple lobes on the leaf margin.
